摘要

伴随企业安全生产要求一直增加，职业健康安全管理体系在危险源控制和风险预防方面的作用越来越突出。GB/T45001标准重视全过程风险辨识、职业健康安全控制及持续精进，靠着体系化运作来削减事故以及职业危害风险。弹药生产行业在原材料储运、火工品加工过程中存在易燃易爆、高温摩擦、静电积聚、有毒有害接触等危险因素，传统的管理方式在动态风险控制方面存在不足。按照该标准开展危险源治理和风险管理，有利于增加安全生产规范化水平，加强设备、环境、人员协同管控能力，形成系统的职业健康安全管理机制。

Abstract

As corporate safety production requirements continue to rise, the role of the occupational health and safety management system in hazard control and risk prevention has become increasingly prominent. The GB/T45001 standard emphasizes comprehensive risk identification, occupational health and safety control, and continuous improvement, leveraging systematic operations to mitigate accidents and occupational hazards. The ammunition production industry involves risks such as flammability, explosive hazards, high-temperature friction, static electricity accumulation, and exposure to toxic and harmful substances during raw material storage, transportation, and explosive processing. Traditional management approaches exhibit deficiencies in dynamic risk control. Implementing hazard management and risk control in accordance with this standard enhances the standardization of safety production, strengthens the coordinated management of equipment, environment, and personnel, and establishes a systematic occupational health and safety management mechanism.
