摘要

为比较不同提取方法所得檀香精油的香气品质差异,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测分析水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取法所得檀香精油的香气成分及含量。结果共检出71种香气化合物,其中,Z-α-檀香醇、β-檀香醇、顺式澳檀醇、顺式香榧醇等醇类化合物较多,相对含量达85 %以上。此外,水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取法所得檀香精油中分别检出39和48种化合物,16种共有化合物,说明不同提取方法对檀香精油的香气成分具有显著影响。

Abstract

In order to draw parallels between the aromatic quality disparities of sandalwood essential oils obtained through divergent extraction methodologies, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was utilised to analyse the aroma components and their concentrations in oils derived from steam distillation and supercritical CO2 extraction. The results of the study identified a total of 71 aroma compounds, with a high proportion of alcohol compounds such as Z-α-santalol, β-santalol, cis-austalol, and cis-cinnamyl alcohol, accounting for over 85% of the total content. In addition, 39 and 48 compounds were identified in sandalwood essential oils obtained via steam distillation and supercritical CO2 extraction, respectively, with 16 compounds being common to both methods. This finding suggests that the extraction methods employed significantly influence the composition of the essential oil, and that the presence of different extraction methods results in a marked variation in the aroma components of the sandalwood essential oil.
