围手术期中西医协同应用的研究进展

Research progress on the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the perioperative period

摘要

围手术期是指从患者决定接受手术治疗开始到手术治疗直至基本康复的一段时间。以患者为中心、强调多学科协作的加速康复外科模式，已成为现代临床医学的重要发展方向。中西医协同应用以现代外科与麻醉医学为基础，融合中医整体观与辨证调控理念，在围手术期不同阶段发挥协同互补作用。近年来，围手术期中西医协同应用的研究逐渐增多，在术前、术中及术后各阶段显示出一定潜在优势。基于此，文章检索国内外围手术期中西医协同应用的相关研究，归纳其主要应用方案，分析现有研究的优势与挑战，以期为围手术期中西医协同的规范化应用提供一定参考。

Abstract

The perioperative period refers to the interval from the decision to undergo surgical treatment through the operation itself to the stage of basic recovery. Patient-centered, multidisciplinary collaborative enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) has become a major trend in modern clinical medicine. The integrative application of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is grounded in modern surgery and anesthesiology, while incorporating the holistic perspective and syndrome differentiation principles of traditional Chinese medicine, thereby exerting synergistic and complementary effects at different stages of the perioperative period. In recent years, research on the integrative application of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the perioperative period has increased, demonstrating potential benefits in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages. Accordingly, the present review reviewed and synthesized relevant domestic and international studies on integrative perioperative management, summarizes the principal application approaches, and analyzes the advantages and challenges of current research, with the aim of providing references for the standardized perioperative application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
