摘要
细枝补血草( Limonium tenellum)为白花丹科(Plumbaginaceae)补血草属( Limonium)的多年生草本植物,主要分布于中国境内西北部的甘肃、宁夏、内蒙古等地以及蒙古。研究结果表明,细枝补血草叶绿体基因组的主要结构为单一的环形分子,总碱基对长达154 936 bp,其中GC含量为36.97%。基因组中包含的编码区域数量为112个,涵盖了78个编码蛋白质的基因、4个rRNA基因以及30个tRNA基因。密码子偏好性分析表明细枝补血草的密码子使用模式偏向以A或U结尾,亮氨酸(Leu)密码子使用频率最高。重复序列分析共检测到59个SSR序列,以A、T组成为主。系统发育分析表明,细枝补血草分化较早,且与黄花补血草( Limonium aureum)亲缘关系较近。本研究为更好地掌握补血草属物种的鉴定、遗传多样性研究以及系统发育关系提供重要的科学依据。
Abstract
Limonium tenellum belongs to the Plumbaginaceae Limonium family and is mainly distributed in northwestern China, such as Gansu, Ningxia, and Inner Mongolia, as well as in Mongolia. The research results indicate that the chloroplast genome of Limonium tenellum primarily consists of a single circular molecule, with a total base pair length of 154,936 bp and a GC content of 36.97%. The genome contains 112 coding regions, covering 78 protein-coding genes, 4 rRNA genes, and 30 tRNA genes. The codon preference analysis shows that the codon usage pattern of Limonium tenellum tends to end in A or U, with the leucine ( Leu) codon being the most frequently used. Repetitive sequence analysis detects a total of 59 SSR sequences, mainly composed of A and T. Phylogenetic analysis reveals that Limonium tenellum diverges early and is closely related to Limonium aureum. This study provides important scientific evidence for better understanding species identification, genetic diversity research, and phylogenetic relationships of Limonium species.
