学科交叉背景下高校大型仪器设备开放共享管理与创新研究
Research on the Management and Innovation of the Open Sharing of Large-scale Instrumentation and Equipment in Universities under the Background of Interdisciplinary Disciplines
学科交叉研究能促进学科之间协同创新合作,是高校拓展学科发展新增长点的重要途径。大型仪器设备作为高校顺利开展教学科研工作、培养创新人才以及提供社会服务的重要资产,其开放共享是推动学科交叉融合创新的关键要素之一。依托大型仪器设备共享平台,通过完善源头论证、管理制度、技术队伍、运行保障、市场化服务等措施,不仅能推动多个学科领域的技术进步,促进学校学科交叉融合创新,实现高质量发展,还能加速重大原创性科研成果产出,进而提升我国的科研凝聚力和科技竞争力。
Interdisciplinary research can promote collaborative innovation and cooperation among disciplines, and it is an important way for universities to expand new growth points for discipline development. As important assets for universities to smoothly carry out teaching and scientific research work, cultivate innovative talents, and provide social services, the degree of open sharing of large-scale instrumentation and equipment is one of the key elements of interdisciplinary integration and innovation. Relying on the sharing platform of large-scale instrumentation and equipment, by improving measures such as source demonstration, management system, technical team, operation guarantee, and market-oriented services, it is not only possible to promote technological progress in multiple disciplinary fields, facilitate the high-quality development of interdisciplinary integration and innovation in universities, but also accelerate the output of major original scientific research achievements, thereby enhancing the scientific research cohesion and scientific and technological competitiveness of our country.
