农村牧区典型市域水土资源耦合协调发展时空演变特征分析

农村牧区典型市域水土资源耦合协调发展时空演变特征分析
Spatiotemporal Evolution Characteristics of Coupling and Coordinated Development of Water and Land Resources in Typical Rural and Pastoral Areas
为探索内蒙古自治区(以下简称内蒙古)农村牧区典型区域各盟市水土资源耦合协调发展的时空分异特征,从地级市维度为地方生态环境保护与社会经济高质量发展提供建议。基于2010—2022年面板数据,采用熵权法测算水资源和土地资源综合评价指数,结合耦合协调度模型分析区域水土资源耦合度特征,同时构建耦合演化模型,通过演化速度函数及反映二者变化趋势差异的剪刀差,解析水土资源耦合系统的演化过程。结果表明:(1)2010—2022年,农牧区内蒙古市域水土资源耦合协调度呈稳步提升趋势,平均值从2010年的0.5提升至2022年的0.8,并存在地区间的差异;(2)农牧区内蒙古市域水土资源耦合协调度从低到高的三阶段演化过程中,多数地区在耦合协调初期,水、土资源系统演化速度差异较大,系统耦合发展到高阶段后,两大系统演变趋势呈现快速趋同特征。
To explore the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of water and land resources in typical rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia, this study provided suggestions for ecological environmental protection and high-quality socioeconomic development at the prefecture-level city scale. Based on panel data from 2010 to 2022, the entropy weight method was employed to calculate the comprehensive evaluation indices of water resources and land resources. The coupling coordination degree model was then used to analyze the characteristics of regional water-land resource coupling. Meanwhile, a coupling evolution model was constructed. By applying an evolution speed function and the “scissor difference,” which reflects the divergence in the changing trends of the two systems, the evolutionary process of the water–land resource coupling system was further examined. Results are as follows. (1) From 2010 to 2022, the coupling and coordination degree of water and land resources in the rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia showed a steady upward trend, with the average value increasing from 0.5 in 2010 to 0.8 in 2022, exhibiting regional differences. (2) In the three-stage evolutionary process of water and land resource coupling and coordination, from low to high, most areas experienced significant differences in the evolution speed of the water and land resource systems during the early stages of coupling coordination. After the systems evolved to the higher stage of coupling, the evolution trends of the two systems exhibited a rapid convergence.
