6所中医药高校新生代毕业生工作价值观的调查研究
Survey study on work values of new-generation graduates from six traditional Chinese medicine universities
目的 调查研究6所中医药高校新生代毕业生的工作价值观。 方法 以北京中医药大学、天津中医药大学、河北中医药大学、河南中医药大学、山东中医药大学、山西中医药大学6所中医药高校2 000名毕业生为调查对象,使用自行设计的一般资料调查表与新生代工作价值观结构量表,采用方便抽样的方法进行问卷调查。 结果 对价值观量表5个维度的作答结果显示,各维度平均得分由高到低为:人际和谐(4.282±0.779)分、长期发展(4.247±0.781)分、功利导向(4.099±0.781)分、内在偏好(3.865±0.831)分、创新导向(3.600±0.948)分。学历、期待月薪、对就业形势的态度、对就业前景的态度是影响6所中医药高校新生代毕业生工作价值观的主要因素(P<0.05)。 结论 6所中医药高校新生代毕业生工作价值观得分相对较高,各维度得分略有差异,呈现出较强的多元化特征。学历、期待月薪、对就业形势与就业前景的乐观程度会对新生代毕业生的工作价值观产生一定影响。
Objective To investigate the work values of new generation graduates in six traditional Chinese medicine universities. Methods The graduates of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hebei University of Chinese Medicine, Henan University of Chinese Medicine, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the survey objects, and the self-designed general data questionnaire and new generation work value structure scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey by convenient sampling method. Results The average score of interpersonal harmony was (4.282±0.779) points, which was the highest in five dimensions of the values scale. The second dimension was long-term development (4.247±0.781) points, utilitarian orientation (4.099±0.781) points and intrinsic preference (3.865±0.831) points. The lowest score was in the innovation-oriented dimension at (3.600±0.948) points. Educational background, expected monthly salary, attitude towards employment situation and attitude towards employment prospect were the main factors affecting the work values of new generation graduates in six traditional Chinese medicine universities (P<0.05). Conclusion The scores of work values of the new generation of graduates in six traditional Chinese medicine universities are relatively high, and the scores of each dimension are slightly different, showing strong pluralistic characteristics. The degree of education, expected monthly salary, and the degree of optimism about the employment situation and prospects will have a certain impact on the work values of the new generation of Chinese medicine college students.
