以临床思维为导向的案例式教学在中医内科学中的应用
Case-based teaching guided by clinical thinking in Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine: a case study on heart failure teaching
将临床案例应用于中医内科学教学过程中,是实现临床与基础的结合,提高学生的临床思维能力的重要途径。案例式教学与临床思维结合,不同于以教材为顺序的传统讲授法,其能够帮助学生触类旁通,扫除基础知识与临床诊疗间的障碍,对中医内科疾病的诊疗流程、思维模式有整体的认识,建立中医内科疾病的临床诊疗思路。以心衰为例,将教学设计思路与教学实践进行介绍,并与学生一起构建案例式教学的思维导图,以提高教学效果。
Applying clinical cases in the teaching process of Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine is a crucial approach to integrating clinical practice with fundamental knowledge and enhancing students’ clinical thinking skills. The combination of case-based teaching and clinical thinking differs from the traditional textbook-sequenced lecture method, as it enables students to draw inferences from one case to another, bridging the gap between “basic knowledge” and “clinical practice”. This approach provides a comprehensive understanding of the diagnostic and treatment processes, as well as the thought patterns involved in managing internal diseases in TCM, helping students establish a structured clinical reasoning framework. Using heart failure teaching as an example, this study introduces the teaching design and practice, engaging students in constructing a case-based teaching mind map to improve teaching effectiveness.
