高等中医药院校医学生虚拟仿真课程学习现状调查分析
Investigation and analysis on the learning status of virtual simulation course for medical students in higher colleges of traditional Chinese medicine
目的 了解中医药院校医学生对虚拟仿真课程的态度、参与情况、学习效果等,分析现状,为进一步深化医学教育改革、提升医学教育质量提供参考。 方法 采用自行设计的问卷,对浙江杭州市某中医药大学337名医学生进行调查。 结果 82.13%学生认为虚拟仿真实验课程总体效果较好;78.68%学生表示在今后的学习中非常愿意继续使用虚拟仿真实验;学习体验维度得分为(3.28±0.91)分,学习效果维度为(3.42±0.82)分,课程设计维度为(3.58±0.70)分。大三及以上年级虚拟仿真课程数量多于大一大二学生(P<0.05)。 结论 目前医学虚拟仿真课程总体学习效果较好,但与预期目标仍存在差距,存在仿真度不足、网络不够稳定、缺乏师生互动等问题,未来学校要增强对虚拟仿真课程的重视程度,进一步提高教学质量。
Objective To understand the attitude, participation and learning effect of medical students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities on virtual simulation courses, analyze the current situation, and provide reference for further deepening the reform of medical education and improving the quality of medical education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 337 medical students in a university in Zhejiang Province. Results 82.13% of the students thought that the overall effect of the virtual simulation experiment course was better; 78.68% of the students said that they were very willing to continue to use virtual simulation experiments in future learning. The learning experience dimension score was (3.28±0.91) points, the learning effect dimension was (3.42±0.82) points, and the curriculum design dimension was (3.58±0.70) points. The number of virtual simulation courses in junior and above grades was more than that in sophomores (P<0.05). Conclusion At present, the overall learning effect of medical virtual simulation course is good, but there is still a gap with the expected goal. There are problems such as insufficient simulation, unstable network, and lack of teacher-student interaction. In the future, schools should pay more attention to virtual simulation courses and further improve teaching quality.
