翻转课堂联合Sandwich教学法在急诊住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用研究
Application of flipped classroom combined with sandwich teaching method in standardized training of emergency resident physicians
目的 探讨翻转课堂联合Sandwich教学法在急诊住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取2022年9月—2023年7月期间在北京中医药大学东直门医院急诊科进行规范化培训的医师共60人作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。观察组采用翻转课堂联合Sandwich教学法,对照组采用传统授课和临床带教方法。通过理论考试、接诊能力考核、临床操作考核、教学满意度问卷调查对2组医师的学习成果进行评估。 结果 观察组医师在理论知识、接诊能力、临床技能方面表现优于对照组。同时,观察组医师对于教学满意度更高,对带教内容、教学方法、教学效果的评价高于对照组,带教态度2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 翻转课堂联合Sandwich教学法能够有效提升急诊住院医师规范化培训教学的教学质量和学生的学习效果,值得在临床医学教育中推广使用。
Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of the flipped classroom combined with the Sandwich teaching method in the standardized training of emergency resident physicians. Methods A total of 60 physicians undergoing standardized training in the emergency department of Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to July 2023 were selected as study participants. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 participants in each group. The observation group received training using the flipped classroom combined with the Sandwich teaching method, while the control group was taught using traditional lectures and clinical mentoring. The learning outcomes of both groups were evaluated through theoretical examinations, patient reception ability assessments, clinical skill tests, and a teaching satisfaction survey. Results The observation group outperformed the control group in theoretical knowledge, patient reception ability, and clinical skills. Additionally, physicians in the observation group reported higher satisfaction with the teaching approach and rated the teaching content, methods, and effectiveness more positively than those in the control group. However, no significant difference was observed in the teaching attitude between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with the Sandwich teaching method can effectively enhance the quality of standardized training for emergency resident physicians and improve learning outcomes. It is worth promoting in clinical medical education.
