基于能力导向教育理念的BOPPPS教学模式在中医皮肤科临床带教中的应用研究

基于能力导向教育理念的BOPPPS教学模式在中医皮肤科临床带教中的应用研究
Application of the BOPPPS teaching model based on competency-oriented education in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology
目的 BOPPPS教学模式包括背景引入、学习目标、预评估、知识呈现、后评估和总结6个阶段,强调以学生为中心,促进主动学习和临床能力的提升。探讨能力导向教育理念的BOPPPS教学模式在中医皮肤科临床带教中的应用效果。 方法 以北京中医药大学2020级台港澳五年制学生共81人为研究对象,2个班级分为试验组40人、对照组41人,试验组采用BOPPPS教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,于2024年3—5月接受临床带教并进行线上理论考试及线下临床技能考试。 结果 试验组的理论考试、实践技能总分、病例书写、临床思维、沟通协作和外治操作分数均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生对该教学模式的学习效果表示满意。 结论 以能力导向教育理念的BOPPPS教学模式在中医皮肤科临床带教中可激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生理论及实践技能的掌握程度。
Objective The BOPPPS teaching model consists of six stages: bridge-in, objective, pre-assessment, participatory learning, post-assessment, and summary. It emphasizes a student-centered approach to promote active learning and enhance clinical competence. This study aims to explore the application and effectiveness of the BOPPPS teaching model, based on competency-oriented education, in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) dermatology. Methods A total of 81 students from the 2020 cohort of the five-year program for students from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as study participants. They were randomly divided into an experimental group (40 students) and a control group (41 students). The experimental group was taught using the BOPPPS teaching model, while the control group received traditional teaching methods. From March to May 2024, both groups underwent clinical training, followed by an online theoretical exam and an offline clinical skills assessment. Results The experimental group outperformed the control group in theoretical examination scores, total practical skills scores, case documentation, clinical reasoning, communication and collaboration, and external treatment techniques (P<0.05). Additionally, students in the experimental group expressed satisfaction with the learning outcomes of the BOPPPS teaching model. Conclusion The competency-oriented BOPPPS teaching model can stimulate students’ interest in learning, enhance their mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and is worth promoting in the clinical teaching of TCM dermatology.
