基于高校数智化模拟医院的中医学专业临床实训教学体系建设与实践
Construction and practice of a clinical training and simulation teaching system for the traditional Chinese medicine program based on a digital-intelligent simulated hospital in universities
随着数字技术的迅猛发展,医学教育正经历从传统模式向数智化方向的系统性变革。北京中医药大学积极响应国家“教育数字化”战略,依托大型数智化模拟医院,通过整合虚拟仿真、大数据等先进技术,突破了传统临床实训的时空制约,构建了中西医结合、多学科交叉的沉浸式教学场景。以“三阶梯”临床实训课程为框架,通过系统性课程重构、模块化技能强化及多元化评价体系,探索解决中医药高等教育中“临床思维弱化、岗位胜任力不足”等核心问题的有效路径。研究结果表明,该体系有效提升了学生的中医辨证能力、临床操作水平及职业素养,为中医人才培养模式创新提供了实证依据。
With the rapid development of digital technologies, medical education is undergoing a systematic transformation from traditional models toward digital and intelligent approaches. Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has actively responded to the national strategy of “education digitalization” by relying on a large-scale digital-intelligent simulated hospital. Through the integration of advanced technologies such as virtual simulation and big data, the university has overcome the temporal and spatial limitations of traditional clinical training and constructed immersive teaching scenarios characterized by the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and multidisciplinary collaboration. Using a “three-tier” clinical training curriculum as the framework, this study explored effective pathways to address core challenges in higher education of traditional Chinese medicine, including weakened clinical thinking and insufficient job competency, through systematic curriculum restructuring, modularized skill enhancement, and a diversified evaluation system. Pilot implementation results demonstrated that the teaching system significantly improved students’ abilities in syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical operational skills, and professional competence, providing empirical evidence for innovation in talent cultivation models of traditional Chinese medicine.
