医学院校美育教育的研究现状与热点
Research status and hotspots of aesthetic education in medical colleges: based on bibliometric and visual analysis of CiteSpace
目的 对中国医学院校美育相关文献进行文献计量可视化分析,为中国中医药美育的发展提供参考。 方法 采用CiteSpace软件和文献计量学方法,以“医学”“美育”为关键词,对中国知网(CNKI)中近30年收录的关于医学院校美育的文献进行可视化分析。 结果 1994—2024年,共纳入医学院校美育相关文献281篇,这些文献来自本科与专科院校、医院和事业单位等,涉及的地区和学者分布广泛,但不同地区、机构和团队之间的交流合作不足。研究热点为“审美教育”“美育”“人文素质”“课程思政”“护理教育”等。研究前沿为“五育融合”“课程思政”“人才培养”等。 结论 中国医学美育研究近年来发展备受重视,现阶段较为关注医学美育教学与实践实训,医学美育的未来发展需聚焦于深度融合、强化实践与合作拓展3个关键领域,通过系统性的改革与创新,不断提升医学人才的综合素质与人文关怀能力,为新时代医疗卫生事业的进步贡献力量。
Objective This study aims to conduct a bibliometric and visualized analysis of literature related to aesthetic education in Chinese medical colleges, providing references for the development of aesthetic education in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods Using CiteSpace software and bibliometric methods, the study selected the keywords “medicine” and “aesthetic education” to analyze relevant literature on aesthetic education in medical colleges collected over the past 30 years in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database. Results From 1994 to 2024, a total of 281 related articles were included, originating from undergraduate and junior colleges, hospitals, and other institutions across a wide regional and scholarly distribution. However, collaboration and communication between regions, institutions, and research teams remain limited. Research hotspots include “aesthetic education” “humanistic quality” “curriculum ideology and politics” and “nursing education” Research frontiers focus on “integration of five educations” “curriculum ideology and politics” and “talent cultivation”. Conclusion Aesthetic education in Chinese medical institutions has gained increasing attention in recent years. Current studies emphasize teaching and practical training, while future development should focus on three key areas: deep integration, strengthening practice, and expanding collaboration. Through systematic reform and innovation, the overall quality and humanistic care capacity of medical talents can be continuously improved, contributing to the progress of healthcare in the new era.
