高等中医药院校音乐治疗专业学生实践能力培养模式探究
Exploration of the practical ability training model for music therapy students in traditional Chinese medicine universities
目的 探讨高等中医药院校音乐治疗专业学生实践能力培养的有效模式,并分析其在实际教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取山西中医药大学2022级、2023级音乐治疗专业学生为研究对象,采用文献综述、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,对音乐治疗专业学生的实践能力培养现状进行深入分析,并结合实际教学案例,提出有效的培养模式。 结果 经描述性统计分析结果显示,学生对音乐治疗专业的实践能力培养模式持积极态度,但课程设置方面仍有待提升。根据访谈结果,专家对音乐治疗专业学生实践能力培养模式的各项评价指标的评分普遍较高。其中,学科基础课程、专业教育课程和临床实践得分较高,表明专家认可现有培养模式。相关性进一步显示,课程设置和教学进程与山西本土音乐文化的融入之间存在正相关关系(r=0.789,P<0.05),但与综合素质培养之间的相关性更高(r=0.856,P<0.01)。同时,山西本土音乐文化的融入与综合素质培养之间也存在正相关关系,但相关性略低于前两者(r=0.721,P<0.05)。多元回归分析结果表明,课程设置与教学进程、山西本土音乐文化的融入和综合素质培养3个评价指标均对音乐治疗专业学生实践能力培养模式的整体评价有显著影响。此外,实施前平均分总成绩显著低于实施后平均分总成绩,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 高等中医药院校音乐治疗专业学生实践能力培养模式,能够显著提升学生的临床实践能力,为高等中医药院校音乐治疗专业学生实践能力的培养提供了新的思路和方法。
Objective To explore an effective model for cultivating the practical abilities of music therapy students in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) universities and to analyze its application effect in teaching practice. Methods Through literature review, questionnaire surveys, and expert interviews, the current status of practical ability training for music therapy students in TCM universities was thoroughly analyzed. Combined with actual teaching cases, an effective training model was proposed. Results Descriptive statistical analysis showed that students held a positive attitude toward the training model, though improvements in curriculum design were still needed. Expert interviews revealed high overall ratings for the training indicators, especially in basic disciplinary courses, professional education courses, and clinical practice, reflecting expert approval of the current model. Correlation analysis demonstrated a significant positive relationship between curriculum design and teaching process with the integration of Shanxi’s local music culture (r=0.789,P<0.05), and an even stronger correlation with the development of students’ overall competence (r=0.856,P<0.01). The correlation between local music culture integration and comprehensive quality development was also significant (r=0.721,P<0.05), though slightly lower. Multiple regression analysis indicated that curriculum design and teaching progress, integration of local music culture, and comprehensive quality development significantly influenced the overall evaluation of the training model. Additionally, post-implementation overall scores were significantly higher than pre-implementation scores, with intergroup differences showing statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The practical ability training model for music therapy students in TCM universities significantly improves students’ clinical practice competence and provides a novel approach and method for practical training in music therapy education.
