中医药对外研究生教育协同教学模式的构建思路探讨
Discussion on the construction approach of a cooperative teaching model for international postgraduate education in traditional Chinese medicine
遵循“协同理论”的指导原则,致力于构建突出中医药学科特色,符合海外中医药高层次人才培养规律的中医药对外教育协同教学模式。该模式充分体现了学科间的交叉融合,并发挥团队间互补优势。同时,形成了一个完整的体系,涵盖了协同的课程体系、授课方式及师资团队,旨在切实契合中医药教育国际化发展趋势,并满足海外学生的实际需求,从而确保教育质量和效果的双重提升。
Following the guiding principles of “synergetic theory”, this study is committed to constructing a cooperative teaching model for international postgraduate education in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that highlights the disciplinary characteristics of TCM and aligns with the training patterns of high-level overseas TCM talents. The model emphasizes interdisciplinary integration and leverages complementary strengths among teams. It establishes a comprehensive system that includes a cooperative curriculum structure, collaborative teaching methods, and a joint faculty team. The goal is to effectively meet the trend of TCM education internationalization and the practical needs of overseas students, ensuring improvements in both educational quality and effectiveness.
