分层次思维导图在中医内科学教学中的探讨
Exploration of Hierarchical Mind Mapping in the teaching of Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine
中医内科学最重要的教学任务在于启发临床思维,提高学生的临床能力,而非单纯地掌握知识点。思维导图采用多种色彩、图形、线条等搭配技巧的方法,充分调动思维,可使教学内容生动活泼,提高学习效果。基于分层次思维导图的特点,探讨其在中医内科学教学中的应用及意义。通过分析分层次思维导图的合理性、绘制要点和实际教学中的应用案例,总结其在提升学生学习兴趣、优化知识结构和增强临床思维能力方面的优势。并以思维导图教学法在“胃痛”一章教学中的应用为例,运用分层次的思维导图,建立视觉信息的逻辑思维体系,呈现出证-机-法-药-方一体化的图景,促进学生对知识的掌握。同时指出应用中的注意事项,为中医内科学教学改革提供借鉴。
The core objective of teaching Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine lies in cultivating clinical thinking and improving students’ clinical capabilities, rather than the simple acquisition of knowledge points. Mind mapping, which employs a combination of colors, graphics, and lines, effectively stimulates thinking and renders teaching content more engaging, thereby enhancing learning outcomes. Based on the features of hierarchical mind mapping, this study explores its application and significance in the teaching of Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine. By analyzing the rationale behind hierarchical mind mapping, key points in its construction, and practical teaching cases, the paper summarizes its advantages in boosting students’ learning interest, optimizing knowledge structure, and strengthening clinical thinking. Taking the chapter on “Epigastric Pain” as an example, the use of hierarchical mind mapping is demonstrated to construct a visual and logical framework integrating pattern, mechanism, treatment method, medicinals, and prescriptions, thereby enhancing knowledge retention. The paper also highlights key considerations in applying this method, providing valuable references for the reform of Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine education.
