基于问卷调查的中医硕士专业学位研究生并轨培养模式满意度研究

基于问卷调查的中医硕士专业学位研究生并轨培养模式满意度研究
Study on the satisfaction of TCM master’s degree postgraduates with the integrated training model based on a questionnaire survey
目的 评估中医硕士专业学位研究生对并轨培养模式的满意度,探索影响其满意度的关键因素,并根据调查结果提出改进并轨培养的建议,以提高培养质量。 方法 通过对北京市6家中医住院医师规范化培训基地的240名中医硕士专业学位研究生进行问卷调查,收集并轨培养模式中学生对科研能力、临床能力、带教质量、薪资待遇、心理压力等方面的满意度数据。采用Logistic回归模型分析各因素对满意度的影响,并评估各因素之间的关联性。 结果 学生对并轨培养的总体满意度平均评分为(2.02±0.62)分,中医硕士专业学位研究生对并轨培养满意度与中医硕士专业学位研究生(临床能力、科研能力、中医思维、工作强度、心理压力、身体压力、薪资情况)、研究生导师(科研指导、中医思维指导、非学业交流)、带教身份住院医师(带教水平、带教老师责任心、临床能力培训、科研能力培训、出科考核形式)及规培基地管理人员(管理工作、监督工作、身心健康监管)呈显著正相关。 结论 学生对并轨培养模式的总体满意度较低,主要集中在科研能力不足、薪资待遇低和心理健康支持缺乏等方面。建议通过优化科研指导、合理调整薪资待遇和加强心理支持等措施,以提升学生满意度,为中医硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的优化提供参考依据和改进方向,具有一定的创新性和实际应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the satisfaction of master’s degree postgraduates in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with the integrated training model, identify key influencing factors, and propose suggestions to improve training quality based on the survey results. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 240 TCM master’s students across six standardized TCM residency training bases in Beijing. The survey collected data on students’ satisfaction with scientific research ability, clinical ability, teaching quality, salary, psychological pressure, and more. A Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influence of various factors on satisfaction and assess the correlations among them. Results The study found that students’ overall satisfaction with the integrated training model was relatively low, with an average score of (2.02± 0.62) points. Satisfaction levels were significantly positively correlated with factors related to the students themselves (clinical ability, research ability, TCM thinking, workload, psychological and physical stress, and salary), postgraduate supervisors (guidance in research and TCM thinking, non-academic communication), teaching residents (teaching quality, responsibility, clinical and research training, and assessment methods), and training base administrators (management, supervision, and physical and mental health oversight). Conclusion The relatively low satisfaction is mainly attributed to insufficient research guidance, low compensation, and inadequate psychological support. It is recommended to optimize research supervision, adjust salary structures, and enhance psychological support systems to improve student satisfaction. These measures can serve as a reference for the improvement and innovation of the TCM master’s training model, with practical value.
