肾穿刺活检虚拟仿真教学的设计与应用
Design and application of virtual reality teaching in clinical practice of renal biopsy
肾穿刺活检是临床上明确肾脏病理类型的重要手段,是理解各类肾脏疾病的基础。但是作为一种有创性操作,肾穿刺活检专科性强,在临床上难以展开实训,以观摩操作为主的学习方式无法培养高素质的医学人才。针对目前肾穿刺活检的教学现状,基于3D仿真技术设计开发一套适用性强的虚拟仿真实验课程,内容包括知识点学习、临床案例、操作步骤、术后观察、自我测试五大模块,系统可进行学习评分及失分反馈。在初步应用中发现,该虚拟仿真实验教学可以实现医学生对理论和实践的双重体验,提高临床实际工作能力,值得在临床教学中应用推广。
Renal biopsy is an important method to determine the type of pathology,which is the basis for understanding all types of kidney disease.As an invasive procedure with strong characteristics of specialty,it is difficult to carry out renal biopsy in clinical training.Observing operation is not a good method to cultivate medical talents with high quality.In view of the current teaching status of renal biopsy,a set of virtual reality experiment projects suitable for renal biopsy based on 3D simulation technology was designed and developed,including five modules such as basic knowledge,clinical cases,operation steps,postoperative observation and self-test.Besides,the system can carry out learning scoring and feedback on the loss of score.In the preliminary trial,it was found that this virtual reality experiment teaching can realize medical students' experience of theory and practice and improve clinical practical ability.It is worth promoting in clinical teaching.
