基于“BOPPPS教学模式+课程思政理念”的混合式教学在“基础护理学”课程中的应用研究

基于“BOPPPS教学模式+课程思政理念”的混合式教学在“基础护理学”课程中的应用研究
Research on application of blended teaching based on “BOPPPS teaching mode and curriculum ideology and politics concept”
目的 探讨基于“BOPPPS 教学模式+课程思政理念”的混合式教学在“基础护理学”课程中的应用效果。 方法 以某校护理学专业2020级和2021 级的本科学生为研究对象。2020级为对照组(n=281),采用传统教学方法;2021级为试验组(n=184),采用基于BOPPPS 教学模式和课程思政理念的混合式教学方式。比较两组的成绩,同时采用“自主学习问卷”和“软技能问卷”调查学生的自主学习能力和软技能。 结果 试验组与对照组的操作技能、理论知识和综合案例考核的成绩分别为(91.26±6.46)和(86.37±4.25)分、(78.06±4.21)和(70.62±3.26)分、(86.93±5.86)和(74.42±4.02)分。试验组与对照组学生的自主学习能力和软技能得分分别为(77.86±8.68)和(63.53±6.64)分、(137.93±18.84)和(118.28±15.12)分。试验组的考核成绩、自主学习能力和软技能得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。 结论 基于 “BOPPPS 教学模式+课程思政理念”的混合式教学应用于“基础护理学”教学中,提高了学生的学习成绩、自主学习能力和软技能。
Objective To explore the application effect of blended teaching based on BOPPPS teaching mode and curriculum ideology and politics concept in the course of “Basic Nursing”. Methods Undergraduate Nursing students in the class of 2020 and 2021 of a university were selected as the research objects, with students in the class of 2020 as the control group (n=281) and those in the class of 2021 as the experimental group (n=184). Traditional teaching method was used in the teaching of the control group, while blended teaching mode based on BOPPPS teaching mode and curriculum ideology and politics concept was adopted in the teaching of the experimental group. The scores of the two groups were compared, and “self-learning questionnaire” and “soft skills questionnaire” were used to investigate students’ self-learning ability and soft skills. Results The scores of operational skills, theoretical knowledge and comprehensive case assessment of the experimental group and the control group were (91.26±6.46) and (86.37±4.25), (78.06±4.21) and (70.62±3.26), (86.93±5.86) and (74.42±4.02). The scores of self-learning ability and soft skills of students in the experimental group and the control group were (77.86±8.68) and (63.53±6.64), (137.93±18.84) and (118.28±15.12). The test scores, self-learning ability and soft skills scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying blended-teaching based on “BOPPPS teaching mode and curriculum ideology and politics concept” to Basic Nursing teaching can improve students’ academic performance, self-learning ability and soft skills.
