皮肤性病学线上线下混合教学模式探索
Exploration of online and offline blended teaching mode of Dermatologic Venereology
目的 观察皮肤性病学线上线下混合式教学模式在五年制临床医学本科教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取锦州医科大学2022年9月份进入大四临床课程的五年制临床医学本科生6个班共计182人为研究对象,采用随机分组的方法分为试验组(n=90,混合教学模式组)和对照组(n=92,传统教学模式组),每组各3个班级,使用相同教材及教学大纲对学生进行教学。课程结束后比较两组学生理论考试成绩和教学满意度。 结果 试验组学生理论考试成绩及教学满意度调查均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 皮肤性病学线上线下混合教学模式有利于提高学生的学习效率,提升学生临床思维能力,值得在教学中进一步推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of online and offline blended teaching mode of Dermatologic Venereology in five-year undergraduate teaching of Clinical Medicine. Methods 182 undergraduate students majoring in Clinical Medicine from six classes of five-year program of Jinzhou Medical University, who just entered senior clinical course in September 2022, were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group (n=90, taught by blended teaching mode) and the control group (n=92, taught by traditional teaching mode), with 3 classes in each. Both groups were taught by the same teaching materials and syllabus. After teaching, students’ scores of theoretical exam and teaching satisfaction were compared. Results The scores of theoretical exam and teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Online and offline blended teaching mode of Dermatologic Venereology is conducive to improving students’ learning efficiency and enhancing their clinical thinking ability, which is worthy of further popularization and application.
