Mimics仿真软件结合3D打印技术在骨科实习教学中的应用

Mimics仿真软件结合3D打印技术在骨科实习教学中的应用
Application of Mimics simulation software combined with three-dimensional printing technology in Orthopaedics internship teaching
目的 探讨Mimics医学仿真软件结合3D打印技术在骨科本科生临床实习中的应用效果。 方法 选取2017级、2018级临床医学专业共105名实习生作为研究对象。2018级临床医学本科生41人作为试验组,2017级临床医学本科生64人为对照组。试验组接受Mimics仿真软件培训及3D打印教学,对照组接受传统床边临床带教。对两组学生进行问卷调查,了解学习效果以及骨科实习满意度评估。 结果 问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生学习效果更好,在PACS系统的应用(3.68±0.52 vs.2.53±0.87)、Mimics软件建模能力(3.54±0.60 vs.1.97±0.89)以及应用3D打印技术能力(3.54±0.55 vs.1.88±0.88)均高于对照组;且相较于对照组对骨科实习整体满意度更高(3.98±0.16 vs.3.09±0.29)(P<0.001)。 结论 骨科本科生临床实习中应用Mimics仿真软件结合3D打印教学,可提高本科生仿真软件应用能力,提高骨科临床实习教学质量及满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of Mimics simulation combined with three-dimensional printing technology in teaching undergraduate students in Orthopedics internship. Methods 105 interns from the major of clinical medicine enrolled in 2017 and 2018 were selected as the research objects, with 41 clinical medical undergraduates from the class of 2018 in the experimental group and 64 clinical medical undergraduates from the class of 2017 in the control group. The experimental group received Mimics simulation training and three-dimensional printing teaching, while the control group received traditional bedside teaching. The teaching effect and satisfaction survey were evaluated by questionnaire. Results The questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group had better learning effect, including the application of PACS system (3.68±0.52 vs. 2.53±0.87), Mimics software modeling ability (3.54±0.60 vs.1.97±0.89), and three-dimensional printing ability (3.54±0.55 vs.1.88±0.88) than the control group. And there is higher comprehensive satisfaction in the experimental group compared with the control group (3.98±0.16 vs.3.09±0.29), with significant differences (P<0.001). Conclusion The application of Mimics simulation combined with three-dimensional printing in undergraduate Orthopaedics internship teaching can improve the ability of using simulation software, teaching quality, and satisfaction in Orthopedics internship.
