科研式教学在“医学科研中的统计学方法”课程中的应用与思考
Reflection and application of research-based teaching in the course of “Statistical Methods in Medical Research”
目的 探讨科研式教学在“医学科研中的统计学方法”课程教学中的应用效果并为后续教学模式改进更新提供依据。 方法 采用科研式教学的研究生作为试验组(n=456),课程改革前的研究生作为对照组(n=135),比较两组间的理论及上机考试成绩,并通过问卷调查进行结果评价。 结果 试验组的理论成绩和上机成绩均优于对照组:(83.3±3.2)分vs.(81.6±4.3)分(P<0.05),(82.1±2.9)分vs.(80.5±5.7)分(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,学生对课程改革效果满意且有助于后续科研能力的培养。 结论 以科研式教学为主线,注重统计学方法的实际应用,融入国际前沿科研方法和案例,取得了较好的教学效果。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of research-based teaching in the instruction of "Statistical Methods in Medical Research" and lay the groundwork for enhancing and updating subsequent teaching mode. Methods Postgraduates who underwent research-based teaching were assigned to the experimental group (n=456),while postgraduates before the course reform were designated as the control group (n=135).A comparative analysis of theoretical knowledge and computerized test scores was conducted between the two groups,along with a questionnaire assessment. Results The experimental group demonstrated superior theoretical and computerized test scores compared with the control group:83.3±3.2 vs.81.6±4.3 (P<0.05) and 82.1±2.9 vs. 80.5±5.7 (P<0.05).Findings from the questionnaire survey revealed that students were content with the course reform outcomes,which contributed positively to the development of their future scientific research capabilities. Conclusion The implementation of research-based teaching mode, emphasizing the practical application of statistical methods and integrating international scientific research methodologies and case studies,has resulted in superior educational outcomes.
