肾脏病理3D动画制作及其在临床肾脏病教学中的应用

肾脏病理3D动画制作及其在临床肾脏病教学中的应用
Production of 3D animation of renal pathology and its application in the teaching of Clinical Nephrology
目的 探索肾脏病理3D动画在内科肾脏病教学中的应用效果。 方法 根据教学大纲要求制作常见肾脏病理类型的3D动画视频。选择2022年5月—2023年8月在肾脏科实习的本科生临床医学专业和口腔医学专业五年制、八年制学生以及在肾脏科规范化培训的住院医师为研究对象。将学生随机分到常规教学组和3D动画组(1∶1),授课后采用书面理论考核比较两种教学方法的教学效果,并用调查问卷收集师生对3D动画视频质量及教学过程的满意度。 结果 研究共纳入86名实习学生和规培医师。与传统讲解肾脏病理内容时长相比,3D动画视频讲解所需时间明显缩短[(11.2±1.2) min vs. (21.7±1.3) min,P<0.001]。学生经3D动画视频讲解后的考核成绩为(89.0±7.2)分,高于常规教学组的考核成绩(69.5±6.9)分(P<0.001)。师生对该教学方法的总满意度分别为99.1%、98.6%,师生对3D动画视频质量各方面评分均在9.5分以上。 结论 该研究成功制作了肾脏病理系列的3D动画。在肾脏病学教学中应用肾脏病理3D动画的教学效果明显优于常规课件讲解,这有助于教学大纲内容的实施,有利于培养学生自主学习的兴趣和能力,提高教学效率。
Objective To explore the application effect of 3D animation of renal pathology in the teaching of Nephrology. Methods 3D animation of renal pathology was produced according to the teaching program. Undergraduate interns majoring in Clinical Medicine (5-years and 8-years programme) and Stomatology (5-years and 8-years programme) and residents in standardized training in the Department of Nephrology from May 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the conventional teaching group and 3D animation group randomly (1∶1). After the teaching, theoretical knowledge exam was used to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups, and questionnaire survey was applied to collect the satisfaction of teachers and students to the quality of 3D animation videos and the teaching process. Results 86 undergraduate interns and residents were included in this research. Compared with the traditional teaching of renal pathology, it took obviously less time with 3D animation [(11.2±1.2) min vs. (21.7±1.3) min, P<0.001]. Students’ score in the exam after being taught with 3D animation was (89.0±7.2), higher than that of the conventional teaching group (69.5±6.9, P<0.001). The overall satisfactions of teachers and students with this teaching method were 99.1% and 98.6%, respectively. The quality grade of 3D animation given by them was above 9.5 in all aspects. Conclusion This research successfully makes 3D animation of renal pathology. Applying 3D animation in the teaching of Nephrology achieves obviously better teaching effect than the conventional courseware. It is conducive to the implementation of the content of teaching program, the cultivation of students’ self-learning interest and ability, as well as the improvement of teaching efficiency.
