线上线下混合式教学模式在“健康评估”课程中应用评述

线上线下混合式教学模式在“健康评估”课程中应用评述
Review of the application of online and offline blended teaching mode in the course of “Health Assessment”
目的 系统地评价线上线下混合式教学模式与传统教学方法对“健康评估”教学效果的影响。 方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science中所有线上线下混合式教学模式在“健康评估”课程中应用的随机对照研究,检索时限为建库至2023年6月15日。 结果 该研究共纳入17篇文献。Meta分析结果显示:线上线下混合式教学组期末成绩高于传统教学组[SMD=0.80,95% CI(0.71,0.88),P<0.001];线上线下混合式教学组自主学习能力得分高于传统教学组[SMD=0.65,95% CI(0.52,0.78),P<0.001];线上线下混合式教学组学生的满意率高于传统教学组[RR=1.28,95% CI(1.18,1.40),P<0.001]。 结论 线上线下混合式教学模式有助于提高学生“健康评估”课程的期末成绩,提高学生的自主学习能力和满意率,其教学效果优于传统课堂教学。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of online and offline blended teaching mode and traditional teaching method on the teaching effect of “Health Assessment”. Methods A computer-based search of CNKI, Wanfang database, China Biomedical Literature Database, VIP database, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science was conducted to retrieve all randomized controlled studies on the application of online and offline blended teaching mode in the course of “Health Assessment” from the establishment of the databases to June 15, 2023. Results 17 articles were included in the study. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the final scores of the online and offline blended teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant [SMD=0.80, 95%CI (0.71, 0.88), P<0.001]. The score of self-learning ability in the online and offline blended teaching group was higher than that in the traditional teaching group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant [SMD=0.65, 95%CI (0.52, 0.78), P<0.001]. The Students’ satisfaction rate in the online and offline blended teaching group was higher than that in the traditional teaching group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant [RR=1.28, 95%CI (1.18, 1.40), P<0.001]. Conclusion The online and offline blended teaching mode is helpful to improve student’s final score of “Health Assessment”, improve students’ self-learning ability and satisfaction rate, and its teaching effect is better than that of traditional classroom teaching.
