医学本科生创新创业项目现状分析
Status analysis of innovation and entrepreneurship project for medical undergraduate students
为响应国家政策,全国高校相继出台多种制度支持鼓励大学生创新创业,其中也包括各类医学院校,医学生创新创业热情高涨。为探究医学生参与创新创业的情况,对中南大学及湘雅医学院2012—2022年间的大学生创新创业项目立项情况进行统计分析,发现十余年间中南大学全校大创项目数由2012年的573项增长至2022年的1 809项,其中创新、创业项目数量都呈现增长趋势,但2022年全校创新项目占比88.61%,而创业项目仅占11.39%,创业项目数量及占比远低于创新项目;同时医学生参与的医理工结合类和医文结合类创新创业项目数量也逐年增多,但2022年医理工结合大创项目数仅占医学生参与的全部大创项目数的13.27%,医文结合项目数也仅占医学生参与的全部大创项目数的14.51%,总体占比较低。通过对得到的数据进行思考,剖析其中存在的问题并提出建议,以期为医学生的创新创业培养提供帮助。
In order to comply with national policies, colleges and universities across the country have successively issued a variety of systems to encourage and support college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship. Various medical schools are included, and the enthusiasm of medical students for innovation and entrepreneurship is unprecedentedly high. To explore the situation of medical students’ participation in innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper conducted a statistical analysis of the innovation and entrepreneurship of students in Central South University and Xiangya School of Medicine at Central South University from 2012 to 2022. It was found that the number of innovation and entrepreneurship projects in Central South University increased from 573 in 2012 to 1 809 in 2022, with both the number of innovation and entrepreneurship projects showing an increasing trend. However, in 2022, the number of innovation projects accounted for 88.61%, while the number of entrepreneurship projects only accounted for 11.39%, with the number and proportion of entrepreneurship projects far lower than that of innovation projects. At the same time, the number of innovation and entrepreneurship projects involving medical students in medical-engineering integration and integration of medical sciences and arts and humanities also increased year by year. However, in 2022, the number of medical-engineering integration projects only accounted for 13.27% of all the major innovation projects involved by medical students, and the number of projects of integration of medical sciences and arts and humanities only accounted for 14.51% of all the major innovation projects involved by medical students, with a low overall proportion. The obtained data are deliberated, the existing problems are analyzed and corresponding suggestions are proposed, so as to provide reference for the cultivation of medical students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.
