自驱成长:临床实习支持系统的开发与实践
Self-motivated growth: Development and practice of the clinical internship support system
提高临床实践能力是医学教育的重要目标,也是当前的短板弱项。临床实践教学管理涉及的主体多、差异大,缺乏质量抓手和管理平台。随着高等教育数字化的快速推进,为开发兼容性强的质量监测系统、保障实践教学质量提供了新思路。面向临床一线师生和管理人员,南方医科大学自主研发了以学生为中心、以成长为目标的临床实习支持系统。系统由实习分配、学生实习汇报、反馈数据和实习鉴定四个核心模块组成,提供实习任务展示、实习过程呈现、实习手册导出、实习报表绘制等多种功能。系统为学校、临床医学院、实习医院、带教教师以及实习生提供了有效的交流平台,解决了一些教学中的突出问题,形成了监测实时高效、兼容性强、实习数据丰富的突出优势。
Improving clinical practice ability is an important goal of medical education and also a deficiency at present. Clinical practice teaching management involves multiple subjects with significant differences and lacks a gripper of quality monitoring or a management platform. With the rapid advancement of digitalization in higher education, a quality monitoring system with strong compatibility has provided a new approach to ensuring the quality of clinical internship. Southern Medical University has independently developed a clinical internship support system for healthcare providers, students, and administrative staff. This system, which is student-centered and aims for growth, mainly consists of four core modules: internship allocation, student internship reporting, feedback data, and final assessment. It provides various functions such as internship tasks display, internship process presentation, internship manual export, and internship report drawing. This system has provided a platform for effective communications among the university, medical school, teaching hospitals, teaching supervisors, and students. It has resolved some prominent problems in teaching, showing outstanding advantages such as real-time and efficient quality monitoring, strong compatibility, and rich internship data.
