基于实时交互式音视频信息系统的临床实践教学模式在心内科本科教学中应用探讨

基于实时交互式音视频信息系统的临床实践教学模式在心内科本科教学中应用探讨
Exploration of undergraduate practice teaching in cardiovascular medicine based on real-time interactive audio and video information system
目的 探讨基于实时交互式音视频信息系统(video information system,VIS)的临床实践教学模式在心内科本科教学中的应用。 方法 选取2022年在大连医科大学附属第一医院心内科实习的5年制临床医学专业53名学生作为研究对象,根据班别随机分为对照组(n=25)和试验组(n=28)。对照组采取传统教学法,试验组采用基于VIS的临床实践教学方法。结合临床实践的客观结构化考核和问卷调查情况,比较两组学生出科考核成绩、教学模式及教学效果满意度。 结果 试验组学生采用VIS教学后的心内科出科考核成绩高于对照组[(86.20±1.92)分 vs.(92.54±0.99)分,P=0.001];试验组学生教学模式满意度调查中“很满意”者的比例较高(85.7%)。 结论 基于实时交互式音视频信息系统的心血管内科临床实践教学模式能有效提升实践教学效果。
Objective To explore the application of the undergraduate clinical practice teaching mode in cardiovascular medicine based on real-time interactive video information system (VIS). Methods We enrolled a total of 53 students majoring in 5-year clinical medicine who interned in the Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in 2022. The students were randomly divided into traditional teaching group (n=25) and VIS teaching group (n=28) according to the class. The traditional teaching group received the traditional cardiology education mode, while the VIS group received the interactive mode via VIS platform. After that, a questionnaire survey combined with objective structured clinical examination was conducted to compare the department rotation examination scores, the students’ satisfaction with the teaching mode and teaching effectiveness between the two groups. Results The practice assessment scores of students in the VIS group after VIS teaching were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group (86.20±1.92 vs. 92.54±0.99, P=0.001), and the proportion of students satisfied with the VIS mode was higher (85.7%). Conclusion The clinical practice teaching mode of cardiovascular medicine based on real-time interactive audio and video information system can help improve the effectiveness of practice teaching.
