数字化转型视域下以赛证融通为导向的母婴护理综合实训课程改革研究

数字化转型视域下以赛证融通为导向的母婴护理综合实训课程改革研究
Reform of comprehensive training courses in maternal and infant care guided by the integration of competition and certification from the perspective of digital transformation
目的 立足母婴护理综合实训实施的现实困境,探索数字化转型视域下以赛证融通为导向的课程改革路径与实践成效。 方法 联合职业院校技能大赛评委和企业专家组建教学团队;结合教学标准、岗位职业规范、“1+X”职业技能等级标准以及大赛规则将课程内容进行模块化处理;依托多模态综合实训环境挖掘数字技术资源在课程中的应用潜力,设计“双线三阶四环”实训模式,提出“探真—求正—解技—化行”实训路径;以2022级护理学生为授课对象实施教学,采用“多元多维”考核方式进行学习评价。 结果 共计316名2022级护理学生参与并完成课程改革教学,课前任务完成率及课中教学活动完成良好率>80%、课后任务完成率>90%;综合素养能力考核平均得分86.79分;学生课程学习体验感和获得感认同率>90%。2022级学生课程终末成绩(87.02±1.23)分,高于2021级学生(320人)课程终末成绩(81.65±2.95)分,两者的差异具有统计学意义(t=3.35,P<0.05);2022学生母婴护理初级证书获取率96.2%,优于2021级学生母婴护理初级证书获取率84.68%,两者差异具有统计学意义(χ²=24.31,P<0.01)。 结论 数字化转型联合赛证融通为实训课程改革注入新活力,适配性破解了传统实训教学困境,有利于三维教学目标的有效达成和综合职业能力的跨越提升。
Objective In view of the actual difficulties in the implementation of comprehensive practical training in maternal and child care, this study explored the course reform path and practice effects guided by the integration of competition and certification from the perspective of digital transformation. Methods We collaborated with judges of vocational college skills competitions and enterprise experts to form a teaching team; modularized the course content by combining teaching standards, job professional norms, “1+X” vocational skill level standards, and competition rules; based on the multi-modal comprehensive training environment, explored the application potential of digital technology resources in the course, designed a “dual-line, three-order, and four-ring” training mode, and proposed an “exploring truth-seeking correction-solving technology-implementing” training path. The new teaching mode was implemented among nursing students of grade 2022, and a “multiple and multi-dimensional” assessment method was used to evaluate their learning. Results A total of 316 nursing students of grade 2022 participated in and completed the course teaching. The completion rate of pre-class tasks and in-class teaching activities was over 80%, and the completion rate of post-class tasks was over 90%. The average score of comprehensive literacy assessment was 86.79 points. The recognition rate of students’ learning experience and sense of achievement in the course was over than 90%. The final score of students of grade 2022 was (87.02±1.23), which was higher than that of 320 students of grade 2021 (81.65±2.95), with significant difference (t=3.35, P<0.05). The acquisition rate of the primary certificate in maternal and child care for students of grade 2022 was 96.2%, which was significantly better than the acquisition rate of 84.68% for students of grade 2021 (χ²=24.31, P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of digital transformation and competition-certification integration has injected new vitality into the reform of practical training courses and overcome the difficulties in traditional practical training teaching with adaptability. Therefore, it is conducive to the effective achievement of three-dimensional teaching goal and the leaping improvement of comprehensive professional abilities.
