医学专业本科生参与科研教育的现状探讨
Status quo of scientific research education for medical undergraduate students
医学本科生是国家医疗卫生领域的后备力量,医学本科教育直接关系到国家医疗卫生行业的未来。近年来,为助推医疗事业的健康和可持续发展,医学院校教育改革不断推进,学科交叉融合进入新局面、科研经费管理迈入新台阶、“研-竞-创”一体化发展成为新趋势。但医学专业本科生的科研教育仍存在科研基础课程较少、科研实践环境缺乏、指导教师动力不足和理论与实践相脱节等问题。本研究主要介绍在中国高质量发展格局下,医学本科生参与科研现状,关注当前医学卫生领域科研教育问题,探讨为医学本科科研教育提质增效的策略,为医学人才培养提供理论支撑。
Medical undergraduate students are the future workforce in China’s medical and health field, and medical undergraduate education is directly linked to the future development of the national medical and health industry. In recent years, to promote healthy and sustainable development of the healthcare industry, there has been continuous promotion of education reform at medical colleges and universities. The cross-disciplinary integration has entered a new phase, the management of scientific research funds has reached a new level, and the integrated development of research, competition, and innovation has emerged as a new trend. However, some problems still exist in the research education for undergraduate medical students, such as a lack of basic courses on research, inadequate research practice environment, insufficient motivation from teachers who provide guidance, and disconnection between theory and practice. In the context of high-quality development of China, this paper analyzes the status quo of medical undergraduate students’ participation in research, with focus on problems existing in scientific research education in medicine and health care, discusses strategies for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of undergraduate medical research education, in hope of offering theoretical support for the cultivation of medical talents.
