增强现实结合翻转课堂在“针灸学”教学中的应用与探索

增强现实结合翻转课堂在“针灸学”教学中的应用与探索
Exploration of augmented reality technology combined with flipped classroom in the teaching of Acupuncture and Moxibustion
目的 探讨增强现实技术联合翻转课堂在针灸学临床教学中的应用效果,为临床教学模式的改革提供参考方案。 方法 将2022年贵州医科大学有“针灸学”教学课程安排的学生以班级为单位按照1∶1的比例分为两组,在均等的两组班级中各随机抽取48名学生作为研究对象。其中,试验组以增强现实(AR)软件平台为教学基础,采用翻转课堂模式,对照组采用常规传统教学模式,综合考察学生的理论掌握情况和教学满意度。 结果 试验组的平时考核成绩和期末考核成绩均优于对照组[M(Q1~Q3)分别为80.5(72.3~88.0)vs.72.5(65.8~77.0),P<0.001;71.0(62.0~77.3)vs.65.0(58.0~69.0),P=0.003],学期末问卷调查的结果发现试验组在对知识点记忆、知识理解程度、课程满意度、教师满意度、课程兴趣度方面均优于对照组[M(Q1~Q3)分别为16.0(15.0~17.0)vs.14.0(13.0~15.0),P<0.001;16.0(15.0~16.3)vs.12.0(11.0~13.0),P<0.001;16.0(16.0~17.0)vs.12.0(11.8~13.3),P<0.001;16.0(15.0~17.0)vs.12.0(11.0~13.0),P<0.001;17.0(15.0~18.0)vs.10.0(9.0~13.0),P<0.001]。 结论 增强现实技术联合翻转课堂在针灸学临床教学中相比于传统教学模式有独特优势,可提升临床教学效果,激发学生学习兴趣,加深学生的学习记忆。
Objective To explore the application effect of augmented reality (AR) technology combined with flipped classroom in clinical teaching of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and provide some reference for the transformation of clinical teaching mode. Methods We divided the students who took Acupuncture and Moxibustion course at Guizhou Medical University in 2022 into two groups at a ratio of 1:1 on a class basis; 48 students randomly were selected from each of the two parallel classes as research subjects. Among them, the experimental group used the flipped classroom mode on the AR software platform as the teaching basis, while the control group used the conventional traditional teaching mode. We comprehensively examined the students’ mastery of theories and satisfaction with the teaching. Results The experimental group’s during-semester assessment scores and final assessment scores were better than those of the control group [M(Q1~Q3)were 80.5(72.3~88.0) vs. 72.5(65.8~77.0), P<0.001; 71.0(62.0~77.3) vs. 65.0(58.0~69.0), P=0.003]. The results of the end-of-semester questionnaire survey revealed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in memory of knowledge points, knowledge understanding, course satisfaction, teacher satisfaction, and course interest [M(Q1~Q3)were 16.0(15.0~17.0) vs.14.0(13.0~15.0), P<0.001; 16.0(15.0~16.3) vs. 12.0(11.0~13.0), P<0.001; 16.0(16.0~17.0) vs. 12.0(11.8~13.3), P<0.001; 16.0(15.0~17.0) vs. 12.0(11.0~13.0), P<0.001; 17.0(15.0~18.0) vs. 10.0(9.0~13.0), P<0.001]. Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode, AR technology combined with flipped classroom teaching has unique advantages in the clinical teaching of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in that the new mode can significantly improve the clinical teaching effect, stimulate students’ interest in learning this course, and deepen students’ learning and memory.
