混合式教学下医学外语教师教学科研能力发展路径研究
Research on the routes to develop medical foreign language teachers’ teaching and research competences in the context of blended teaching
在数字化教育、数智化教育成为全球教育发展趋势的背景下,混合式教学将信息技术和教育教学深度融合,有助于实现高质量数字化教育目标,正成为国内医学院校大学英语及医学英语教学新常态。“U校园智慧教学云平台”(简称“U校园”)为高等院校外语教学提供了混合式教学在线平台,实现“学、练、测、评”一站式交互体验,旨在达到智慧教学的目的。本研究以“U校园”基于立体化教材的混合式外语教学模式为例,从混合式教学设计、数智化课程建设、教师教学竞赛等路径探索提升医学外语教师的数字化教育能力;从科研论文发表、课题申报、学术会议交流等途径探索提升医学外语教师的科研能力,以期实现混合式教学环境下医学高校外语教师教学科研能力的协调发展。
Against the backdrop of digital and smart education becoming a global trend, blended teaching deeply integrates information technology with educational instruction, aiding in the achievement of high-quality digital education goals and becoming the new normal for teaching college English and medical English at domestic medical colleges and universities. The “UNIPUS Smart Teaching Cloud Platform” provides a blended teaching online solution for foreign language teaching at higher education institutions, offering a one-stop interactive experience for learning, practicing, testing, and evaluating, aiming to achieve the goal of smart teaching. By taking the UNIPUS-based blended teaching mode as an example, this paper explores various routes to enhance the digital teaching competence of medical foreign language teachers from such approaches as blended teaching design, digital AI course construction, and teaching competitions. It also explores routes to improve the research competence of medical foreign language teachers by means of publishing teaching papers, applying scientific research projects, and academic conference exchanges, aiming to achieve the coordinated development of teaching and research competences for those teachers in the context of blended teaching.
