DeepSeek赋能老年医学教育
DeepSeek empowers Geriatric medical education——Exploration of innovative teaching modes for Chronic Respiratory Diseases
老龄化是全球面临的严峻挑战,慢性呼吸系统疾病(CRD)是老年人群第三大死因。老年CRD以多病共存、老年综合征、全病程照护需求为特征,对医学教育提出新的要求。针对传统教学模式存在知识碎片化、实践虚拟化、技术赋能不足等缺陷,本文创新性地探讨构建基于DeepSeek的三维智能教学模式(知识图谱整合、虚拟仿真环境、智能辅导系统),并以慢性阻塞性肺病为例,设计“病理解析—技能训练—决策支持”三阶模块,融合翻转课堂和情境模拟等多种教学法,通过师资培训、资源共享与伦理保障,推动跨学科、全场景教育新范式,为我国健康老龄化战略提供支撑。
Aging poses a severe global challenge, with Chronic Respiratory Diseases (CRD) ranking as the third leading cause of death among the elderly. Geriatric CRD is characterized by multimorbidity, geriatric syndromes, and whole-course care needs, presenting new demands for medical education. Traditional teaching modes suffer from fragmented knowledge, virtualized practice, and insufficient technological empowerment. This paper innovatively explores the construction of a 3D intelligent teaching mode based on DeepSeek, integrating knowledge graphs, virtual simulation environments, and intelligent tutoring systems. Taking Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease as an example, a three-stage module of “pathological analysis-skill training-decision support” is designed, incorporating flipped classrooms and situational simulations. Through faculty training, resource sharing, and ethical safeguards, this mode promotes interdisciplinary, full-scenario educational paradigms to support China’s healthy aging strategy.
