基于“四位一体”模式的医学生心身医学认知能力提升路径研究
Research on the pathway to enhance medical students’ psychosomatic medicine cognitive abilities based on “four-in-one” mode
心身医学认知能力已逐步成为医学生必备的关键技能,但在其提升过程中面临诸多挑战。本研究基于课题组前期构建的以胜任力为导向的医学生心身医学认知能力模型,涵盖知识、技能和态度三个维度,提出了“四位一体”立体化实践教学模式。该模式通过四个相互衔接的课堂:以能力为导向的理论教学第一课堂、医院综合性实践活动的第二课堂、校内实践活动的第三课堂,以及涵盖延伸性网络学习和社团活动的第四课堂,全面提升医学生对心身医学的认知能力。“四位一体”教学模式为心身医学教育注入了新的理念和方法,有助于优化医学课程设置,促进医学教育发展,对于推动医学模式转变和医疗服务质量提升具有重要意义。
Psychosomatic medical cognitive ability has gradually become a necessary key skill for medical students, yet its enhancement faces numerous challenges. Based on the competency-oriented model of medical students’ psychosomatic medicine cognitive ability constructed by our research group in the early stage, which encompasses three dimensions of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, this study proposes a “four-in-one” integrated practical teaching mode. This mode comprehensively improves the cognitive ability of medical students in psychosomatic medicine through four interconnected classrooms: the first classroom focuses on competency-oriented theoretical teaching, the second classroom involves comprehensive practice activities in hospitals, the third classroom involves in-school practice activities and the fourth classroom includes extended network learning and community activities. The “four-in-one” teaching mode has injected new ideas and methods into psychosomatic medical education, which is helpful to optimize the medical curriculum, promote the development of medical education, and is of great significance to promoting the transformation of the medical mode and the improvement of medical service quality.
