工匠精神背景下苗医技能型人才培养模式创新探索与实践

工匠精神背景下苗医技能型人才培养模式创新探索与实践
Exploration and practice of innovative training mode of Miao Medicine skilled talents in the context of craftsmanship spirit
随着工匠精神在职业教育中的深入实践,苗医技能型人才的培养面临新的挑战和机遇。传统师承模式存在传承范围窄、知识更新慢的局限,而高校教育又面临理论与实践脱节、临床资源不足等瓶颈。为此,本文以工匠精神为核心提出“校—企—医—非遗”的联合培养路径,通过“岗-课-赛-证”融合机制及全链条育人模式,强化技艺精细化与标准化训练,并依托过程性评价改革推动学生技能从“会做”向“精做”跨越。该模式有效破解了苗医技艺传承断层与标准化不足的困境,为民族医药振兴培育兼具精湛技艺与文化使命感的新时代医学人才。
With the deepening practice of craftsmanship spirit in vocational education, the cultivation of skilled talents of Miao Medicine is facing new challenges and opportunities. The traditional master-disciple mode has the limitations of narrow scope of inheritance and slow updating of knowledge, while university education is faced with the bottleneck of the disconnect between theory and practice and insufficient clinical resources. Therefore, this paper takes the craftsmanship spirit as the core and proposes the joint training path of “school-enterprise-medicine-intangible heritage”. Through the integration mechanism of “post-class-certificate-competition” and the whole chain education mode, the precise and standardized training of skills are strengthened, and students’ skills from “being able to do” to “being proficient at this field” are gradually achieved base on process evaluation reform. This mode effectively cracked the dilemma of the inheritance fault and lack of standardization of Miao medical skills, and cultivated medical talents with both exquisite skills and cultural mission for the revitalization of national medicine in the new era.
