低年级医学生学术道德失范现况及影响因素调查分析
Investigation and analysis of current situation and influencing factors of academic misconduct among junior medical students
目的 了解并分析低年级医学生学术道德失范现况及影响因素,为医学院校学术道德的建设方案制定及学生管理提供参考。 方法 于2023年11月选取某地方医学院校595名低年级医学生,采用自编问卷对其进行调查。 结果 41.01%的低年级医学生存在学术道德失范情况;低年级医学生学术道德失范情况的发生与周围同学存在抄袭现象、较少参与学校学术道德相关的宣传与教育、认为课程作业抄袭没有多大影响、认为不重要的作业抄袭可以理解、自律性高、希望考取研究生、中小学阶段有作弊抄袭经历、认为考试抄袭及格比认真学习及格更让人激动8个因素有关,OR(95%CI)依次为2.54(1.52~4.22)、1.99(1.20~3.29)、1.97(1.02~3.80)、3.18(1.89~5.36)、0.44(0.24~0.82)、3.20(1.32~7.79)、2.92(1.83~4.68)、0.29(0.11~0.76)。 结论 低年级医学生学术道德失范情况不容乐观,且受多方面因素影响,医学院校应有针对性加以改善。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of academic misconduct among junior medical students, and provide reference for the establishment of academic moral construction plan and students’ management in medical colleges. Methods 595 junior medical students were selected from a local medical college in November 2023 and investigated by self-designed questionnaire. Results 41.01% of junior medical students were found to be in the situation of academic misconduct. The occurrence of academic misconduct among junior medical students was correlated with several factors, including the presence of numerous instances of plagiarism among their classmates, less participation in school-related publicity and education on academic morality, believing that plagiarism in course assignments has little impact, considering plagiarism in unimportant assignments understandable, having high self-discipline, desiring to strive for postgraduate admission, having cheating and plagiarism experiences during the process of studying in primary and secondary school, and considering passing an exam through plagiarism to be more exciting than studying hard and passing. OR(95%CI) were 2.54 (1.52~4.22), 1.99 (1.20~3.29), 1.97 (1.02~3.80), 3.18 (1.89~5.36), 0.44 (0.24~0.82), 3.20 (1.32~7.79), 2.92 (1.83~4.68), and 0.29 (0.11~0.76), respectively. Conclusion The situation of academic misconduct of junior medical students is not optimistic and is affected by many factors. Medical colleges should improve it accordingly.
