临床思维导向的医学影像学混合式教学探索与实践
Exploration and practice of clinical thinking-oriented blended teaching in Medical Imaging
目的 探讨混合式教学模式在临床医学专业本科生医学影像学小课教学中的效果。 方法 选取2021级在西安交通大学第二附属医院进行医学影像学小课实习的4个小班125名临床医学系本科生作为研究对象,按照入学分配班级将4个班级分为试验组(2个班)和对照组(2个班)。试验组61人采用基于微信平台、TBL及CBL混合式教学模式,并采用布鲁姆目标分类法设置考试题目;对照组64人采用传统的以教师讲授为主的教学模式;对比两组学生的考试成绩,并对两组采用问卷形式调查教学效果。 结果 试验组理论及读片成绩分别为(86.5±7.2)分、(79.8±8.4)分,均高于对照组的(75.3±9.8)分、(73.7±9.1)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);问卷调查结果显示,学生认为混合式教学不仅提升了其学习主动性,还能促进其临床思维的发展,对教师的满意度也较高。 结论 混合式教学模式可显著提升临床医学专业本科生的影像教学质量,并有利于培养学生的临床实战素养。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of blended teaching mode in small-class medical imaging education for undergraduates majoring in Clinical Medicine. Methods A total of 125 undergraduate students majoring in Clinical Medicine from four small classes (2021 cohort) undergoing Medical Imaging internships at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University were selected as the study subjects. Based on their initial class assignments, the four classes were divided into the experimental group (2 classes, 61 students) and the control group (2 classes, 64 students). The experimental group adopted a blended teaching mode incorporating a WeChat platform, Team-Based Learning (TBL), and Case-Based Learning (CBL), with exam questions designed according to Bloom’s Taxonomy. The control group received traditional teacher-centered instruction. The exam scores of the two groups were compared, and a questionnaire survey was conducted in the two groups to evaluate teaching effectiveness. Results The theoretical and image interpretation scores of the experimental group were (86.5±7.2) and (79.8±8.4), respectively, significantly higher than those of the control group[(75.3±9.8) and (73.7±9.1), P<0.01). The questionnaire survey revealed that students believed the blended teaching mode not only enhanced learning initiative but also promoted the development of clinical thinking, with high satisfaction toward instructors. Conclusion The blended teaching mode significantly improves the quality of Medical Imaging education for undergraduates majoring in Clinical Medicine and helps cultivate their practical clinical competencies.
