虚拟仿真技术联合PBL教学法在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的应用与实践

虚拟仿真技术联合PBL教学法在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的应用与实践
Application and practice of virtual simulation technology combined with PBL teaching method in the standardized training of Hematology residents
目的 探讨虚拟仿真技术联合PBL教学法在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。 方法 选取2022年1月— 2024年12月在武汉大学中南医院参加血液科住院医师规范化培训的92名学员,随机分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=50)。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组在此基础上引入虚拟仿真技术与PBL教学法。培训结束后,通过理论考试、技能考核、综合能力考核及学员自我效能感问卷对教学效果进行评价。 结果 试验组学员在理论考试[(85.40±7.32)vs.(74.34±11.92),P<0.0001]、技能考核[(97.12±1.98)vs.(93.06±5.55),P<0.0001]及综合能力考核[(89.79±3.83)vs.(87.57±3.29),P=0.0041]方面均优于对照组。自我效能感评价结果显示,试验组在教学满意度[(4.54±0.58)vs.(3.95±0.73),P<0.0001]、学习积极性[(4.72±0.45)vs.(4.40±0.73),P=0.0136]及临床思维能力提升[(4.84±0.37)vs.(4.36±0.76),P=0.0001]方面得分均高于对照组。 结论 虚拟仿真技术联合PBL教学法能显著提高血液科住培医师的理论水平、操作技能及综合能力,提升学习积极性与教学满意度,具有良好的教学推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of combining virtual simulation technology with problem-based learning (PBL) in the standardized residency training of Hematology. Methods A total of 92 residents who participated in Hematology training at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from January 2022 to December 2024 were randomly assigned to the control group (n=42) and the experimental group (n=50). The control group received traditional instruction, while the experimental group additionally received training integrating virtual simulation and PBL. Teaching outcomes were assessed through theoretical examination, skills assessment, comprehensive ability evaluation, and self-efficacy questionnaires. Results The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores than the control group in theoretical examination [(85.40±7.32) vs. (74.34±11.92), P<0.0001], skills assessment [(97.12±1.98) vs. (93.06±5.55), P<0.0001], and comprehensive ability evaluation [(89.79±3.83) vs. (87.57±3.29), P=0.0041]. Self-efficacy results indicated greater satisfaction [(4.54±0.58) vs.(3.95±0.73), P<0.0001], learning motivation [(4.72±0.45) vs. (4.40±0.73), P=0.0136], and improvement in clinical thinking [(4.84±0.37) vs. (4.36±0.76), P=0.0001] in the experimental group. Conclusion The integration of virtual simulation technology with PBL teaching method effectively enhances residents’ theoretical knowledge, clinical skills, and comprehensive competence in Hematology training, improving learning engagement and satisfaction. This combined approach demonstrates strong teaching promotion value.
