信息技术赋能“场景化-胜任力-价值认同”教学模式的构建与应用
Construction and application of the teaching mode of “scenario-competency-value” empowered by information technology
目的 探讨信息技术赋能的“场景化-胜任力-价值认同”(SCV)教学模式在“社区护理学”教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取佳木斯大学康复医学院2021级和2022级共计300名护理本科生为研究对象。其中,2021级149名护理本科生为对照组(采用传统教学模式),2022级151名护理本科生为试验组(采用依托智慧教育平台构建的“SCV”教学模式)。教学结束后比较两组理论成绩、社会责任感评分及满意度。 结果 试验组理论知识得分为(91.02±5.52),高于对照组的(78.89±6.45)分;试验组课程总体教学满意度(96.69%)优于对照组(86.58%);试验组社会责任感各维度评分优于对照组,两者差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 信息技术支持的“SCV”教学模式能有效提升学生的理论知识、社会责任感及教学满意度,为社区护理学教学改革提供可借鉴、推广的实践方案。
Objective To explore the application effect of the “scenario-competence-value” (SCV) teaching mode empowered by information technology in the teaching of “Community Nursing”. Methods A total of 300 undergraduate nursing students from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts from School of Rehabilitation Medicine, Jiamusi University were selected as research objects. Among them, 149 students from the 2021 cohort were assigned to the control group (receiving traditional teaching methods), and 151 students from the 2022 cohort were assigned to the experimental group (receiving the “SCV” teaching mode implemented via a smart education platform). After the teaching, the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical knowledge scores, sense of social responsibility, and teaching satisfaction. Results The theoretical knowledge score of the experimental group (91.02±5.52) was higher than that of the control group (78.89±6.45). The overall teaching satisfaction of the experimental group (96.69%) was superior to that of the control group (86.58%). The experimental group also showed better scores across all dimensions of social responsibility, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The “SCV” teaching mode supported by information technology can effectively enhance students’ theoretical knowledge, sense of social responsibility, and teaching satisfaction, providing a practical approach that can be used as a reference and promoted for the reform of community nursing education.
