基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念结合DeepSeek工具构建儿科住院医师规范化培训教学门诊的探索

基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念结合DeepSeek工具构建儿科住院医师规范化培训教学门诊的探索
Exploration of constructing standardized Pediatric resident training outpatient clinics based on the OBE concept
教学门诊是实现住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)中课程衔接与临床能力提升的重要环节。现有儿科住培教学门诊多以教师与疾病为中心,采用师徒式跟班学习模式,存在重知识传授、轻能力建构的倾向,难以满足住培医师在真实临床情景中综合运用知识、独立思考与团队协作等能力的培养需求。因此,本文基于结果导向教育(outcome-based education, OBE)的理念,并借助DeepSeek人工智能工具共同构建面向能力达成的教学门诊模式,探索从教师中心向学生中心、从以知识体系为中心向以能力达成为目标的转变,并通过系统化的教学设计确保学生达到既定学习成果。评价体系以学习成果为核心,持续反馈并作为教学活动改进的依据,以提升住院医师的岗位胜任力,推动儿科住培医师的规范化培训,培养具备全面素养的儿科医疗人才。
Teaching outpatient clinics are an important component in achieving the integration of courses and the enhancement of clinical abilities in standardized resident physician training. Existing pediatric standardized training teaching outpatient clinics are often centered around teachers and diseases, employing an apprenticeship-style shadowing learning mode. This approach tends to emphasize knowledge transmission over skill construction, making it difficult to meet the needs of resident physicians for developing the ability to apply knowledge comprehensively in real clinical situations, think independently, and collaborate in teams. Therefore, this paper, based on the concept of outcome-based education (OBE), constructs a teaching outpatient clinic mode oriented toward competency attainment with the assistance of the DeepSeek, an artificial intelligence tool, exploring the transition from teacher-centered to student-centered, and from knowledge-system-centered to competency-achievement-oriented. Through systematic instructional design, it ensures that students achieve the predetermined learning outcomes. The evaluation system focuses on learning outcomes, provides continuous feedback, and serves as a basis for improving teaching activities, thereby enhancing the competency of resident physicians, promoting standardized training for pediatric residents, and cultivating pediatric medical professionals with comprehensive competence.
