赋能整合医学教育:知识图谱驱动下内分泌系统课程教学的创新实践
Empowering integrated medical education: Innovative practices in endocrine system teaching driven by knowledge graphs
内分泌系统是贯通“分子—细胞—器官—系统”四维调节网络的核心整合课程,但存在激素网络复杂、资源碎片化、跨系统割裂等痛点。本研究依据新版教学大纲与六大基础医学学科,建成441 个节点的内分泌全域知识图谱,打通解剖—生理—病理—药理纵向链,同时将多元资源精准挂载到图谱节点,形成“学—练—评”闭环资源库,并且创新KG-BOPPPS 教学模型,把图谱嵌入课前预习、课中共建、课后诊断三环节,实现数据驱动的精准教学,同时实现了多源实时评价,用热力图与路径图动态追踪个人和班级薄弱点,教师即时干预。2023 年开始试运行(n=26),2025 年进行规模化应用(n=133)。结果显示:知识点完成率由86%提至100%,掌握率由79%提至98%,期末卷面平均提高10.8 分(P=0.009 2),验证了“图谱深度—知识掌握—学业成绩”正循环。
The endocrine system serves as a core integrative discipline within the “molecule-cell-organ-system” four-dimensional regulatory network. However, challenges such as the complexity of hormonal networks, fragmented resources, and cross-system disconnections persist. Aligned with the latest syllabus and six foundational biomedical disciplines, a 441-node, domain-wide knowledge graph for endocrinology that vertically links anatomy, physiology, pathology, and pharmacology was constructed. Diverse learning resources were precisely anchored to each node, creating a closed-loop repository for learning, practice, and assessment. The KG-BOPPPS instructional model was innovated, embedding the graph into pre-class preparation, in-class co-construction, and post-class diagnosis, enabling data-driven precision teaching. Real-time multi-source evaluation tracks individual and class weaknesses via heatmaps and pathway maps, allowing immediate instructor intervention. A pilot in 2023 (n=26) was followed by scaled deployment in 2025 (n=133). Results show knowledge-point completion rising from 86% to 100%, mastery from 79% to 98%, and a 10.8 (P=0.009 2) gain in final-exam scores, confirming a positive cycle of “graph depth → knowledge mastery → academic performance.”
