瘦素-胰岛素轴失调与胆囊胆固醇结石形成的相关因素研究进展

摘要

<正>胆结石是肝胆外科最常见的结石性疾病。我国胆结石的发病率约10%~15%,其中胆囊结石占70%~80%,在胆囊结石中约70%以上为胆固醇结石。胆囊结石是胆囊癌最强的危险因素[1]。胆囊胆固醇结石(cholesterol gallstones,CS) 成因繁多,各因素间或促或抑,相互交织。肥胖是CS的独立危险因素,瘦素和胰岛素调节失衡与肥胖高度相关。腹腔镜胆囊切除术是目前临床上公认的治疗胆囊结石的主要方法,相对于传统的开腹胆囊切除术具有创伤
