环氧树脂/聚氨酯耐化学腐蚀建筑涂料的合成
Synthesis of Epoxy Resin/Polyurethane Chemical Corrosion Resistant Architectural Coating
文章优化了环氧树脂、聚氨酯的质量比(1∶5、1∶3、1∶1、3∶1、5∶1),并利用盐雾试验、酸碱腐蚀试验、热重(TG)分析、紫外线老化测试及光学性能评估探讨环氧树脂/聚氨酯涂料的耐化学腐蚀、光学性能、热稳定性、耐候性。结果表明:m环氧树脂∶m聚氨酯为3∶1时,在盐雾试验中,腐蚀面积仅为5%,附着力为5,表现出卓越的耐腐蚀性。TG分析显示,该配比涂料的初始分解温度为259 ℃,最大分解速率温度为425 ℃,质量保留率为9.2%。紫外线老化测试显示,该配比涂料的光泽度下降15%,颜色变化(ΔE)为3.2,附着力为5,展现出最佳的耐候性。
In the paper, the mass ratio of epoxy resin and polyurethane was optimized (1∶5, 1∶3, 1∶1, 3∶1, 5∶1), and the chemical corrosion resistance, optical properties, thermal stability and weather resistance of epoxy resin/polyurethane coating were discussed by salt spray test, acid-alkali corrosion test, thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, ultraviolet aging test and optical performance evaluation. The results showed that when mepoxy resin∶mpolyurethane was 3∶1, the corrosion area was only 5% and the adhesion was 5 in the salt spray test, showing excellent corrosion resistance. TG analysis showed that the initial decomposition temperature of the ratio coating was 259 ℃, the maximum decomposition rate temperature was 425 ℃, and the mass retention rate was 9.2%. The UV aging test showed that the gloss of the ratio paint was reduced by 15%, the color change (ΔE) was 3.2, and the adhesion was 5, showing the best weather resistance.
