顶空-气相色谱-质谱法测定再生PET塑料中12种苯系物含量
Determination of 12 Benzene Compounds in Recycled PET Plastics by HS-GC-MS Method
采用顶空-气相色谱-质谱法(HS-GC-MS)测定再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(rPET)塑料中12种苯系物的含量。样品经冷冻粉碎后用顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行测定。在优化顶空条件的基础上,通过研究标准工作曲线与待测样品的物相平衡差异,在装有标准工作溶液的顶空瓶内加入不含苯系物的空白rPET基质,并在装有待测样品的顶空瓶内加入微量溶剂,以降低顶空过程的基质效应影响。结果表明:该方法的12种目标物在0.10~0.80 μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.998,检出限和定量限分别为0.08 μg/g和0.20 μg/g,加标回收率在90.0%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差为1.6%~5.1%。实际样品检测结果表明,建立rPET中苯系物含量的测试方法十分必要。研究可为进一步研究rPET塑料中苯系物的风险提供参考依据。
A test method was developed for quantifying 12 benzene compounds in recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) plastics, applying headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS). Samples were processed by freezer-milling in liquid nitrogen and analyzed via HS-GC-MS with external standard quantification. Based on optimized headspace conditions, the preparation protocol for the standard working curve was adjusted by investigating the matrix effect differences between the standard solutions and the samples, thereby reducing the impact of matrix effects. The results showed that excellent linearity for the 12 benzene compounds within the range of 0.10~0.80 μg, with the correlation coefficients all above 0.998. The method achieved a limit of detection of 0.08 μg/g and a limit of quantification of 0.20 μg/g. Spiked recoveries ranged from 90.0% to 102.0%, with relative standard deviations between 1.6% and 5.1%. Testing results of actual samples showed that it was necessary to establish a test method for benzene compounds in rPET. The study can provide a reference for further research on the risk of benzene in rPET plastics.
