ABS树脂悬臂梁缺口冲击强度的测量不确定度评定
Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty for Izod Notched Impact Strength of ABS Resin
文章依据GB/T 1843—2008,使用摆锤冲击仪对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度进行测试。根据测试过程,分析对试验测试结果产生影响的因素,对ABS树脂的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度进行测量不确定度评定,得到扩展不确定度为0.14 kJ/m2,包含因子k=2。根据评定结果发现,测量过程中的各种随机因素和样品缺口剩余宽度测量是对悬臂梁缺口冲击强度影响较大的因素。研究为测试的准确性提供了解决方案,进而获得更加可靠精确的数据。
Based on the standard of GB/T 1843—2008, the pendulum impact tester was used to test the izod notched impact strength of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin. According to the testing process, the factors influencing the test results were analyzed, and the uncertainty of measurement for the izod notched impact impact strength of ABS resin was evaluated. The expanded uncertainty obtained was 0.14 kJ/m2 with the coverage factor k=2. Based on the evaluation results, it was found that various random factors in the measurement process and the measurement of the remaining width of the sample were the factors that had a greater impact on the izod notched impact strength. The research provides a solution to enhance the accuracy of testing, thereby obtaining more reliable and precise data.
