聚丙烯阻燃研究进展
Research Progress on Flame Retardancy of Polypropylene
聚丙烯(PP)作为五大通用塑料之一,广泛应用于包装、汽车、建筑及纺织等领域。但PP固有的烷烃结构使其相对容易燃烧,严重限制其应用范围。文章阐述PP的燃烧行为及阻燃作用机制并系统地综述用于制备阻燃PP复合材料的多种阻燃体系,包括卤系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、膨胀型阻燃剂、复配型阻燃剂、微胶囊阻燃策略、单分子阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂及生物基阻燃剂。最后,文章对PP阻燃的应用前景进行展望。
Polypropylene (PP) is one of the top five general-purpose plastics and is widely used in many applications such as packaging, automotive, construction and textiles. However, the inherent alkane structure of PP makes it relatively easy to burn, which severely limits its application scope. The article describes the combustion behavior and flame retardant mechanism of PP, and systematically reviews a variety of flame-retardant systems for the fabrication of flame retardant PP composites, including halogenated flame retardants, phosphorus flame retardants, intumescent flame retardants, complex flame retardants, microencapsulated flame-retardant strategies, single molecule flame retardants, inorganic flame retardants and bio-based flame retardants. Finally, the article looks forward to the application prospects of flame-retardant PP.
