改性聚苯乙烯塑料在再生混凝土材料中的应用研究
Research on Application of Modified Polystyrene Plastic in Recycled Concrete Materials
以用普通硅酸盐水泥作为基体,掺杂改性聚苯乙烯(MPS),制备再生塑料混凝土,分析MPS的用量对再生塑料混凝土的工作性能、保温性能及耐久性的影响。结果表明:MPS经硅烷偶联剂改性后亲水性提高,有利于其与水泥基质紧密结合,加入适量的改性MPS可以改善再生混凝土的吸水率;随着MPS用量的增加,材料的导热系数呈现先降低后上升的趋势,当加入质量分数为2%的MPS时,再生混凝土的导热系数为0.143 W/(m·K),具有优异的保温性能;当MPS的质量分数为2%时,氯离子迁移系数为6.35×10-12 m2/s,再生混凝土的耐久性最佳。
Ordinary silicate cement was used as the matrix, and modified polystyrene (MPS) was added to prepare recycled plastic concrete. The effects of the amount of MPS on the working performance, thermal insulation and durability of the recycled plastic concrete were analyzed. The results show that the hydrophilicity of MPS is improved after being modified by silane coupling agent, which is conducive to its close binding with cement matrix, and the water absorption rate of recycled concrete can be improved by adding an appropriate amount of modified MPS. With the increase of MPS, the thermal conductivity of the material decreases first and then increases. When the mass fraction of MPS is 2%, the thermal conductivity of recycled concrete is 0.143 W/(m·K), which has excellent thermal insulation performance. When the mass fraction of MPS is 2%, the chloride ion mobility coefficient is 6.35×10-12 m2/s, and the durability of recycled concrete is the best.
