POSS改性聚氯乙烯排水管材的性能研究
Study on Performance of POSS Modified Polyvinyl Chloride Drainage Pipe
通过熔融共混法制备多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)改性的聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料,研究POSS质量分数(0~25%)对PVC材料维卡软化温度、力学性能、加工流动性以及微观结构的影响。结果表明,当POSS质量分数为15%时,改性后的复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及冲击强度较纯PVC分别提高94%、38%和290%。维卡软化温度提升至85 ℃,平衡扭矩和塑化时间分别下降至12.3 N·m和0.6 min。通过扫描电镜观察发现,POSS在PVC基体中能够均匀分散,有效抑制了裂纹的扩展。
Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) modified polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composites were prepared by melt blending method, and the effects of POSS mass fraction (0~25%) on the Vicat softening temperature, mechanical properties, processing flowability, and microstructure of PVC materials were studied. The results showed that when the mass fraction of POSS was 15%, the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of the modified composite material increased by 94%, 38% and 290%, respectively, compared to pure PVC. The Vicat softening temperature was increased to 85 ℃, while the equilibrium torque and plasticizing time decreased to 12.3 N·m and 0.6 min, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy observation showed that POSS could be uniformly dispersed in the PVC matrix, effectively suppressing crack propagation.
