顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定塑料药品包装材料中55种有机溶剂残留量
Determination of 55 Kinds of Residual Organic Solvents in Plastic Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials by Headspace Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
针对塑料药品包装材料中丙酮、苯、正辛烷、乙二醇等55种有机溶剂残留量建立了顶空气相色谱-质谱法,选用离子监测及全扫描模式对色谱柱和顶空条件进行优化。结果表明:55种有机溶剂残留量在配制的标准溶液系列范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.991 4~0.999 9,各有机溶剂平均回收率范围为83.2%~113.2%,相对标准偏差为1.61%~7.72%。方法灵敏度高、准确性好且操作简便,适用于塑料药品包装材料中有机溶剂残留量的测定。
A headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of the residual of 55 organic solvents, including acetone, benzene, n-octane, ethylene glycol, etc., in plastic pharmaceutical packaging materials. The chromatographic column and headspace conditions were optimized using selected ion monitoring and full scan modes. The results showed that the residual of the 55 organic solvents had good linear relationships within the range of the prepared standard solution series,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.991 4 to 0.999 9. The average recovery rates of the organic solvents ranged from 83.2% to 113.2%, and the relative standard deviations were between 1.61% and 7.72%. The method is highly sensitive, accurate and easy to operate, and is suitable for the determination of residual of organic solvents in plastic pharmaceutical packaging materials.
