聚乙烯蜡温拌剂改性沥青复合材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Performance Study of Polyethylene Wax Warm-mix Additive Modified Asphalt Composites
为解决传统沥青在高低温性能及施工效率上的不足,采用聚乙烯(PE)蜡温拌剂作为改性沥青复合材料的关键组分,探讨其对复合材料性能的影响。通过熔融共混法制备PE蜡温拌剂,结合高温高剪切技术制备改性沥青复合材料,系统研究温拌剂掺量对材料高低温性能、微观结构及储存稳定性的调控效果。结果表明:适量掺入PE蜡温拌剂可以显著改善改性沥青的性能。PE蜡温拌剂质量分数为1%~3%时,改性沥青的高温性能显著提升,软化点最高可达54.7 ℃;低温抗裂性能优异,在-10 ℃下延度达15.2 cm。PE蜡温拌剂在提升改性沥青高低温性能及施工效率方面具有显著效果。研究可以为道路材料的绿色低碳发展提供技术支持。
To address the deficiencies of traditional asphalt in high and low-temperature performance and construction efficiency, polyethylene (PE) wax was used as a warm-mix additive, which was a key component of the modified asphalt composites, to investigate its influence on the performance of the composites. The PE wax warm-mix additive was prepared by melt blending, and the modified asphalt composites was prepared by combining high-temperature and high-shear techniques. The effects of the warm-mix additive dosage on the high and low-temperature performance, microstructure, and storage stability of the material were systematically studied. The results show that the appropriate addition of PE wax warm-mix additive can significantly improve the performance of the modified asphalt. When the mass fraction of PE wax warm-mix additive is 1%~3%, the high-temperature performance of the modified asphalt is significantly improved, with the softening point reaching up to 54.7 ℃. The low-temperature crack resistance is excellent, with a ductility of 15.2 cm at -10 ℃. The PE wax warm-mix additive has a significant effect on improving the high and low-temperature performance and construction efficiency of the modified asphalt, and the study can provide technical support for the green and low-carbon development of road materials.
