打印机纸盒延长板注塑模拟及模具设计
Injection Molding Simulation and Mould Design of Printer Carton Extension Plate
对打印机纸盒延长板进行工艺性分析,利用Moldfow及UG软件对塑件进行模拟分析及模具设计,针对塑件复杂薄壁结构,结合浇口匹配性设计两种浇口方案并进行“填充+保压+翘曲”三序列要素模拟分析,联系生产实际设计两种冷却方案进行成型工艺性分析,基于UG完成注塑模结构设计。结果表明:浇口类型选择单侧点浇口,冷却系统选择X型冷却水路,制件填充效果良好,有效避免成型缺陷。模具结构整体布局合理,利用该模具生产的注塑制件表面质量及精度均满足设计要求。
A process analysis was conducted for the printer carto extension plate. Moldflow and UG software were employed to perform simulation analysis and mould design for the plastic part. Considering the complex thin-wall structure of the part, two gating schemes were designed based on gate compatibility, and a "filling + packing + warpage" three-sequence simulation analysis was carried out. Two cooling schemes were designed in conjunction with actual production conditions for molding process analysis. The injection mold structure design was completed based on UG. The results showed that the single-sided pinpoint gate was selected as the gate type, and the X-shaped cooling channel was selected for the cooling system. The filling effect of the part was good, effectively avoiding molding defects. The overall layout of the mould structure was reasonable, and the surface quality and precision of the injection-molded parts produced by this mold met the design requirements.
